Every day of my life, I can honestly say I learn something new.
Whether it be about myself, my family, my friends, my co-workers, even just mankind as a whole.
You never really truly know yourself until the next day.
What?
I know, that makes no sense.
But, what I mean is that we are all constantly evolving, changing, bettering, or worsening so knowing yourself is not a constant.
Things change.
People change.
The world changes.
The worries you have today will be gone tomorrow and new worries will arrive.
I know, I'm getting deep.
Right?
Well, I was thinking yesterday about the idea "is the glass half full or is it half empty"?
Well, it depends on the circumstance.
Then I got to thinking about the irony of losing and gaining at the same time.
I know, WOW!
This really is deep thoughts by KHAK.
But think about it.
You lose weight, you gain self-esteem.
You lose your mind, you gain awareness.
You lose a bet, you gain respect.
You lose your pants, you gain a chuckle.
You lose an election, you gain supporters.
You lose your soul, you gain evil.
You lose a loved one, you gain an angel.
The last one makes me smile since I have several angels.
So people, go out there and lose something because you just might gain something along the way!
Much love,
KHAK

Oh so sweet to read and I needed this tonight. See how amazing God is. I want to be with Gabe this weekend to watch him wrestle in Florida and I can't afford to go (jobless) and when the tragedy happened with my friend I was really depressed b/c when I am sad I need to be around the ones I love the most. But after reading how wise you are as a new mom to be it made me feel so much better. Love you Khaki to the heavens and back again. Keep blogging I miss them. Just read the blow pop one.....love that...:)
